Use of the pgbet Platform

To register and use pgbet's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

Withdrawal Policy

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to rollover as stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash — they must first be used for wagering in accordance with the rollover requirements.
• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once. Attempting to register multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus repeatedly constitutes fraud and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.
• PGBET reserves the right to void bonuses and any wins derived from them if there is evidence of abuse or fraud.

Bonus Validity Period

Each bonus has a different validity period, typically between 7 and 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Bonuses that expire without meeting the rollover requirements will be automatically forfeited without further notice.

All bets placed on pgbet are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the system, except in specific situations such as match cancellations or significant technical errors.

• Pgbet reserves the right to refuse or limit wagering without providing a reason if deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the platform.
• In the event of a postponed or cancelled match, bets will be returned to your account in accordance with the relevant sports rules.
• Displayed odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Odds confirmed in your bet slip are final.
• Any odds display errors resulting from technical faults are not binding on pgbet, and we reserve the right to void affected bets.

For live sports betting, all decisions made by the relevant officials or sporting body are final, and pgbet cannot and will not modify those decisions.

Pgbet users are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

• Money laundering: Using the platform to transfer or conceal proceeds of crime.
• Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts, using false identities, or colluding with other users to exploit bonus offers.
• System abuse: Using bots, automated software, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other users.
• Hacking and unauthorized access attempts: Any attempt to access unauthorized systems or data is prohibited and may result in legal action.
• Arbitrage odds: Wagering specifically designed to systematically exploit odds differences between platforms to guarantee risk-free profits.
• Account sharing: Allowing others to use your account or using another person's account.

You may close your PGBET account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closure is processed, all eligible balances will be returned to you via the original payment method.

Closure by pgbet

PGBET reserves the right to suspend or close an account with or without notice under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Submitting false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Suspicious activity or conduct that conflicts with anti-money laundering policy.
• Requests from legitimate legal authorities.
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

In the event an account is closed due to a terms violation, PGBET reserves the right to withhold balances associated with the violating activity while an investigation is conducted.

Pgbet provides its services on an "as-is" basis and makes no explicit or implied guarantees of uninterrupted availability. While we strive to maintain uptime exceeding 99.9%, unexpected technical disruptions may occur.

• Pgbet is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions, delays in transaction processing, or data inaccuracies caused by factors beyond our control.
• PGBET's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by the user in the 30 days preceding the incident.
• Pgbet is not responsible for the actions of third parties, including payment providers, game providers, or internet service providers.

All content on the pgbet platform, including but not limited to logos, interface designs, text, graphics, software code, and databases, is the exclusive intellectual property of pgbet and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

• You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content for commercial purposes without written consent from PGBET.
• Use of pgbet's name, logo, or brand in any third-party marketing or promotional context without authorization is strictly prohibited.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to pgbet may be used by us without any obligation of compensation to you.
